We are hiring Kitchen Utility Staff for our reputed Four Star Hotel in Kannur. The selected candidate will play an important role in supporting kitchen operations by maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen areas. Responsibilities include washing utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment, cleaning workstations, assisting chefs with basic food preparation tasks when required, disposing of waste properly, and ensuring adherence to hotel hygiene and safety standards. The candidate must keep the kitchen area clean, organized, and ready for smooth daily operations. We are looking for hardworking, disciplined, and physically fit individuals who can handle a fast-paced hotel environment. Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, is required. Prior experience in a hotel kitchen or catering service is an advantage, but freshers are also welcome. Male candidates are preferred for this position. Teamwork, punctuality, and a positive attitude are essential. Full-time position with salary based on experience and performance. Immediate joining preferred after selection.
