We are hiring a Telecaller for a reputed jewellery showroom located in Vadakara. The ideal candidates can be male or female with a minimum of 1 year experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales calling, preferably in retail or jewellery industry. The role involves making outbound calls to existing and potential customers, informing them about new collections, offers, promotions, and showroom updates. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, fixing appointments, and following up with customers to increase showroom visits and sales conversions. Handling customer inquiries over phone in a polite and professional manner is also part of the job. Maintaining accurate call records, updating customer databases, and reporting daily call activity to the management are key responsibilities. Good communication skills, fluency in Malayalam, and a confident telephone manner are essential. The candidate should be target-oriented, energetic, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Immediate joining preferred with salary and incentives based on performance and results.
