We are hiring a Customer Relation Executive for a reputed jewellery showroom located in Vadakara. The ideal candidates can be male or female with excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a strong customer service mindset. The role involves welcoming customers, understanding their requirements, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying shopping experience in the showroom. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing accurate information about jewellery collections, offers, and services. Building strong customer relationships, maintaining follow-ups, and supporting after-sales service are key responsibilities. The role also includes coordinating with sales and billing teams to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction. The candidate should be polite, patient, and capable of handling high-value customers in a professional manner. Basic computer knowledge will be an added advantage. Prior experience in jewellery retail or customer service is preferred, but freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
