Job Description
We are hiring a Field Sales Executive for a reputed hospital equipment supplier located in Perinthalmanna. The ideal candidate should be male with a minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in medical devices, healthcare products, or B2B sales. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, visiting hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and healthcare institutions to promote and sell hospital equipment. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, preparing quotations, and closing sales deals. Regular follow-up with existing clients, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring timely collection of payments are also part of the job. The role requires achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets and reporting daily field activities to the management. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential. The candidate should be self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively within assigned regions. Basic knowledge of hospital equipment and healthcare industry trends will be an added advantage. Immediate joining preferred with attractive incentives based on performance.
