The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing laptops of various brands. Responsibilities include hardware servicing, motherboard-level troubleshooting, operating system installation, software configuration, virus removal, data backup and recovery, screen and keyboard replacement, and routine maintenance. The candidate should be capable of identifying technical issues quickly and providing effective repair solutions while maintaining high service standards. Good communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally are essential. Maintaining service records, managing spare parts, and ensuring timely delivery of repaired devices are also part of the role.
