The ideal candidate should be male, dynamic, and result-oriented with strong communication and negotiation skills. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and developing strategies to expand the company’s client base in residential and commercial interior projects. The candidate will be responsible for meeting potential clients, architects, builders, and contractors to promote our interior design services. He must understand client requirements, coordinate with the design team, and ensure successful conversion of inquiries into projects. Regular field visits, follow-ups, and maintaining strong customer relationships are essential. The candidate should also prepare business reports, track market trends, and support branding and promotional activities.
