The candidate will meet architects, builders, and clients, generate leads, conduct site visits, and convert inquiries into projects. He will manage and guide the sales team, monitor performance, and ensure customer satisfaction during project execution. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential. The candidate must prepare sales reports, track market trends, and coordinate with design and project teams for smooth execution.
