We are hiring an experienced South Indian Chef for our reputed restaurant located in Kozhikode. The ideal candidate should be male, highly skilled in preparing authentic South Indian dishes with consistency and excellent taste. The chef will be responsible for planning and preparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus including items such as dosa, idli, vada, sambar, chutneys, biryani, curries, and traditional Kerala specialties. The candidate must ensure high standards of hygiene, food quality, and kitchen cleanliness at all times. Responsibilities also include managing kitchen inventory, supervising kitchen assistants, and maintaining portion control and food presentation standards. The applicant should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle peak-hour demand efficiently. Prior experience in a South Indian kitchen is mandatory.
