Job Description
We are hiring Field Sales Executives (male/female preferred) for our showroom located in Kalamassery. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales and promoting showroom products in assigned field areas as well as supporting showroom sales activities. Key duties include conducting regular field visits, identifying potential customers, explaining product features and benefits, collecting leads, and converting inquiries into sales. The role also involves coordinating with the showroom team, preparing sales reports, following up with customers, and ensuring timely order completion. The candidate should actively work towards achieving monthly sales targets and maintaining strong customer relationships for repeat business. Good communication, negotiation skills, and a proactive attitude are essential. Basic knowledge of retail products will be an added advantage. The ability to travel locally and work in a target-oriented environment is required. Prior experience in field sales or retail sales is preferred, though freshers with strong confidence and interest in marketing are also welcome.
