We are hiring a Male Mobile Technician for our mobile shop located in Pothencode. The candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various mobile phones and related electronic devices. Key duties include identifying hardware and software issues, replacing damaged parts such as displays, batteries, charging ports, and IC components, and performing software installation, unlocking, flashing, and troubleshooting system errors. The role also involves handling customer service requests, explaining repair issues clearly to customers, maintaining repair records, and ensuring timely delivery of serviced devices.
