We are hiring a Front Office Executive (male/female preferred) for our mobile shop located in Pothencode. The candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations and ensuring smooth customer handling in the showroom. Key duties include welcoming customers, answering phone calls and inquiries, providing basic information about mobile phones, accessories, and service support, and directing customers to the appropriate sales or service staff. The role also involves maintaining customer records, handling appointment or service requests, and supporting billing and sales coordination when required. The candidate should ensure a clean and professional front office environment and deliver excellent customer service. Good communication skills, a polite attitude, and basic computer knowledge for data entry and billing support are essential. Prior experience in retail or mobile showroom front office roles will be an added advantage, though freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome.
