We are hiring Mobile Sales Staff (male/female preferred) for our mobile shop located in Pothencode. The candidate will be responsible for handling showroom sales and providing excellent customer service for mobile phones and accessories. Key duties include welcoming customers, understanding their requirements, explaining mobile phone features, comparing models, and assisting customers in selecting suitable products based on their budget and needs. The role also involves achieving monthly sales targets, maintaining proper product display, updating stock details, and coordinating with the billing section for smooth transactions. Strong communication skills, a polite attitude, and basic knowledge of mobile phones and accessories are essential. Basic computer knowledge for billing and inventory entry is required.
