Job Description
We are hiring a male Tea Maker for our restaurant located in Kozhikode. The candidate will be responsible for preparing a variety of hot beverages including tea, coffee, milk-based drinks, and other refreshments as per customer demand and restaurant standards. Key duties include maintaining proper taste and quality consistency, managing tea and beverage stock, and ensuring timely preparation during peak hours. The role also involves keeping the beverage counter clean and hygienic, handling equipment safely, and following food safety and sanitation guidelines. The Tea Maker should coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth order flow and quick service to customers. Basic knowledge of beverage preparation and strong attention to hygiene are essential. The candidate should be punctual, energetic, and able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Prior experience in hotels, tea shops, or restaurants will be an added advantage.
