We are hiring male Kitchen Assistants for our Four Star Hotel located in Thiruvananthapuram. The candidate will support the kitchen team in daily food preparation and maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen areas. Key duties include assisting chefs in basic food preparation such as washing, cutting, peeling vegetables, cleaning ingredients, and organizing kitchen supplies. The role also involves cleaning utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment, maintaining proper storage of food items, and ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety standards at all times. The candidate should help in loading and unloading kitchen supplies, managing waste disposal, and keeping the work area clean and organized. Physical fitness, discipline, and willingness to learn are essential qualities for this role. Prior experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen will be an added advantage, though freshers are also welcome.
