We are hiring male Food & Beverage Service Staff for our Four Star Hotel located in Thiruvananthapuram. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent dining service to guests in the restaurant, banquet, and room service areas. Key duties include welcoming guests, presenting menus, taking food and beverage orders accurately, and serving items promptly according to hotel standards. The role also involves setting up dining tables, maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant area, refilling service stations, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience. The staff should coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth order delivery and handle guest requests or complaints politely and efficiently. Good communication skills, grooming standards, and a customer-friendly attitude are essential. Basic knowledge of food and beverage service procedures is preferred. Prior experience in hotel or restaurant service will be an added advantage, though freshers with interest in hospitality are also welcome.
