We are hiring a male Showroom Sales Executive for our home appliance shop located in Kottarakkara. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day sales activities in the showroom and ensuring excellent customer service. Key duties include welcoming customers, understanding their requirements, explaining features and benefits of home appliances, and helping them choose suitable products. The role also involves achieving monthly sales targets, maintaining proper display of products, and updating stock details in coordination with the inventory team. The candidate should handle billing support, follow up on customer inquiries, and assist in after-sales service coordination when required. Good communication skills, a polite attitude, and strong persuasion ability are essential. Basic computer knowledge is required for billing and sales entry work. Prior experience in retail or electronics/home appliance sales will be an added advantage.
