We are hiring a Front Office Executive (male/female preferred) for our home appliance showroom located in Kottarakkara. The candidate will be responsible for managing front office operations and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Key duties include welcoming customers, handling inquiries about home appliances, providing basic product information, and guiding customers to the appropriate sales team. The role also involves answering phone calls, maintaining customer records, managing appointment or service requests, and supporting billing and sales coordination when required. The candidate should maintain a neat and professional appearance, along with good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge is required for data entry and billing support tasks. The ability to handle customers politely and resolve basic queries efficiently is essential. Prior experience in front office, retail, or showroom environment will be an added advantage.
