Sales Staff required for a reputed lighting showroom located at Jew Street, Ernakulam, Kochi. The role involves assisting customers in selecting lighting products such as decorative lights, LED fittings, chandeliers, and home lighting solutions. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, explaining product features, suggesting suitable options, and closing sales. Duties also include maintaining product display, arranging showroom items neatly, updating stock details, and supporting billing activities when required. Both male and female candidates are preferred for this position. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a friendly attitude, and a willingness to learn about lighting products and interior solutions. Prior experience in retail sales or showroom sales will be an added advantage, but freshers with interest in sales are also welcome. The job requires teamwork, customer handling skills, and basic knowledge of computers. Immediate joining preferred. Salary will be based on experience and performance incentives.
