Homestay Manager required for a reputed home stay in Kovalam. The role involves complete supervision of daily homestay operations, including guest check-in and check-out, room allocation, housekeeping coordination, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hospitality. The candidate will be responsible for handling guest inquiries, resolving complaints promptly, and providing a comfortable and welcoming stay experience. Duties also include coordinating with kitchen and service staff, managing inventory of essentials, and maintaining basic accounts and booking records. The manager should ensure smooth communication between guests and management while maintaining a friendly and professional environment. Male candidates are preferred due to operational and supervisory requirements. Minimum 1 year experience in hotel, homestay, or hospitality management is desirable.
