Business Development Executive required for a reputed cleaning service company in Chennai. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and acquiring commercial and residential clients for housekeeping and cleaning services. The candidate will be responsible for meeting facility managers, corporate offices, apartment associations, and retail establishments to promote company services. Key duties include conducting market research, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing sales deals. The executive must maintain strong client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and coordinate with the operations team for service execution. Male candidates are preferred due to fieldwork requirements and frequent travel across Chennai. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic sales experience, and a target-oriented mindset. Minimum 1 year experience in sales or business development is preferred.
