We are hiring an Operation cum Office Admin (male/female) for a reputed resort located in Kakkanad. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, responsible, and possess good communication skills with basic computer knowledge. Working hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Responsibilities include handling day-to-day office administration, managing booking and reservation records, coordinating with resort staff for smooth operations, attending customer inquiries, and maintaining guest data and reports. The candidate will also assist in billing support, documentation, inventory records, and ensure proper communication between different departments. Good proficiency in MS Office, email handling, and basic accounting tasks will be required. The role demands a polite attitude, problem-solving ability, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a hospitality environment. Freshers with strong computer skills and willingness to learn are welcome, while experienced candidates in administration or hospitality operations will be preferred.
