We are hiring a Field Sales Executive (male preferred) for a reputed finance company located in Vadakara. The ideal candidate should be energetic, target-oriented, and willing to work in field-based sales activities. Responsibilities include visiting potential customers, promoting financial products and services, generating new leads, collecting required documents, and assisting clients with loan or finance-related inquiries. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships, following up on leads, and achieving monthly sales targets. Good communication skills in Malayalam and basic English are required. The ability to travel within local areas and handle customer interactions confidently is essential. Freshers with strong interest in sales are welcome, while experienced candidates in finance or field sales will be preferred. Basic knowledge of financial products such as personal loans, business loans, or two-wheeler finance will be an added advantage. Salary will be based on experience and performance, along with attractive incentives for target achievement. Immediate joining is preferred.
