The ideal candidate should be polite, well-groomed, and have excellent communication and customer handling skills. Responsibilities include attending customer inquiries via phone and walk-ins, providing information about mobile repair services, tracking service status, and updating customers on repair progress and delivery timelines. The candidate will also handle complaint resolution, follow up on pending repairs, manage service records, and ensure a smooth customer experience from intake to delivery. Basic computer knowledge, typing skills, and familiarity with mobile devices and common issues are required. The role involves coordinating with technical staff to ensure accurate communication and timely updates. A friendly attitude, patience, and problem-solving ability are essential for this position. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome, while experienced candidates in customer support or front office roles will be preferred. Salary will be based on experience and performance, with incentives for good customer service feedback. Immediate joining is preferred.
