We are hiring a Female Office Assistant for a reputed Boutique and Fashion Designing firm located in Kazhakoottam. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, presentable, and preferably have basic knowledge or interest in fashion designing and boutique operations. Responsibilities include handling day-to-day office activities, attending customer inquiries, assisting clients with boutique collections, maintaining appointment schedules, supporting billing and basic accounting work, and coordinating with designers and tailoring staff. The candidate will also help in managing social media updates, customer follow-ups, and maintaining records of orders and deliveries. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, and social media handling) is required. Good communication skills, a friendly attitude, and attention to detail are essential. Preference will be given to candidates with fashion designing qualification or experience in boutique or retail fashion industry. Freshers with passion for fashion and willingness to learn are also welcome. Salary will be based on experience and performance. Immediate joining is preferred.
