We are hiring a Captain (male preferred) for a reputed resort located in Pala. The ideal candidate should be well-presented, confident, and experienced in handling restaurant or banquet service operations. The Captain will be responsible for supervising the service team, ensuring smooth dining operations, and delivering excellent guest hospitality. Key duties include managing table service, coordinating with kitchen and steward staff, handling guest feedback, and ensuring timely and quality service standards. The candidate must assign duties to waiters, monitor cleanliness and table arrangements, and support in maintaining inventory of service items. Strong leadership, communication skills in Malayalam and English, and the ability to handle customer situations professionally are essential. Prior experience in hotel or resort service is preferred, though highly motivated freshers with leadership potential may also be considered. The role involves shift duties, including weekends and holidays. Salary will be based on experience and performance. Immediate joining is preferred.
