We are hiring a Front Office Executive (male preferred) for a reputed resort located in Pala. The ideal candidate should be well-groomed, polite, and have a professional attitude to handle guest relations efficiently. Responsibilities include welcoming and assisting guests during check-in and check-out, managing reservations, handling phone calls and inquiries, maintaining booking records, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations. The candidate will also be responsible for addressing guest complaints promptly and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Basic computer knowledge, good communication skills in English and Malayalam, and the ability to work in a team are essential. Previous experience in hospitality or front office roles will be an added advantage, but freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply. The role requires shift-based work, including weekends and holidays. Salary will be based on experience and performance. Immediate joining is preferred.
