A reputed used car dealership in Pavangad, Kozhikode is inviting applications for the position of Office Staff. The role is suitable for male candidates who are organized, responsible, and capable of handling daily office and showroom support activities. Key responsibilities include managing office documentation, maintaining customer and vehicle records, assisting in billing and sales coordination, handling phone inquiries, and supporting the sales team with administrative tasks. The candidate will also be required to coordinate vehicle delivery schedules, assist in preparing reports, and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. A valid driving license is mandatory, as occasional travel or vehicle-related duties may be required. Basic computer knowledge, especially MS Office and data entry skills, is essential. Good communication skills and a professional attitude are preferred. Prior experience in automobile or office administration will be an advantage, though freshers with willingness to learn are also welcome.
