Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Civil Site Supervisor to oversee on-site execution of glass and hardware installation projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising daily site activities, coordinating with workers, contractors, and suppliers, and ensuring work is completed as per drawings, quality standards, and safety guidelines. Responsibilities include site measurement, material checking, progress reporting, and maintaining project schedules. The role requires strong knowledge in civil construction, preferably in interior glass works, aluminium fittings, and hardware installation. The candidate should be able to handle site coordination independently and resolve minor technical issues on site. Experience in supervising construction or interior fit-out projects will be an advantage. Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation are required. Field work is involved and requires physical presence at project sites. Freshers with diploma in civil engineering may also apply. Immediate joining preferred, candidates from Perinthalmanna and nearby areas will be given priority consideration only.
