We are hiring a Customer Relation Executive for our marketing agency operating across Kerala. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms. Key duties include responding to client queries, maintaining strong customer relationships, following up on leads, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also involves coordinating with the sales and marketing team, updating customer databases, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. The executive will assist in converting inquiries into potential business opportunities and support ongoing promotional campaigns. Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English are required. Female candidates are preferred for this role. The ideal candidate should be polite, patient, and capable of handling multiple customer interactions efficiently. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with social media platforms will be an added advantage. Freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
