We are hiring an experienced Civil Site Supervisor for our construction company in Aluva, Ernakulam. The candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day construction site activities, ensuring execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Key responsibilities include coordinating with engineers, contractors, and site workers, monitoring work progress, and ensuring timely completion of project milestones. The candidate must handle material checking, quality control, and maintain daily site reports and documentation. Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, site execution, and basic surveying is required. Ability to read structural drawings and solve on-site technical issues is essential. Male candidates are preferred for this field-intensive role. Prior experience in building construction projects will be an added advantage. The candidate should possess leadership skills, communication ability, and strong problem-solving attitude. Immediate joiners from Aluva locality will be given preference. Willingness to work under pressure and extended site hours is required strictly now required.
