We are hiring an experienced Civil Site Supervisor for our construction company in the Kazhakoottam region of Thiruvananthapuram. The candidate will be responsible for supervising daily site activities, ensuring construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Key duties include monitoring workforce productivity, coordinating with engineers, contractors, and site workers, and ensuring timely completion of project milestones. The supervisor will also be responsible for material verification, quality control checks, and maintaining daily progress reports and site documentation. Male candidates are preferred for this physically demanding field role. Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, site execution practices, and basic surveying is required. The candidate should be capable of reading structural drawings and resolving on-site technical issues efficiently. Prior experience in building construction projects will be an advantage. Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. Immediate joiners from nearby Kazhakoottam locality will be given preference. Willingness to work under deadlines is required.
