We are hiring an enthusiastic Academic Counselor for our educational institution in Perinthalmanna. The candidate will be responsible for guiding students in selecting suitable courses, providing academic support, and assisting in the admission process. The role involves interacting with students and parents, understanding their educational needs, and offering appropriate counseling and career guidance. Strong communication skills in Hindi are mandatory, along with proficiency in English and Malayalam being an added advantage. Both male and female candidates are preferred. The counselor will handle student inquiries, follow-ups, and maintain admission records and reports. The candidate should be approachable, patient, and capable of building trust with students. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or admission management systems will be an added advantage.
