Male candidates are preferred. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year experience in administration, finance, or office management. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing client interactions, handling appointment scheduling, monitoring financial documentation, supporting basic accounting tasks, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining office discipline. The candidate must coordinate between departments and ensure timely completion of work. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential. Knowledge of financial services operations will be an added advantage. Basic computer proficiency and MS Office skills are required. The role demands punctuality, professionalism, and the ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment. Immediate joiners will be preferred.
