The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling office documentation, maintaining files and records, data entry, preparing reports, and assisting in general administrative tasks. Duties also include coordinating with different departments, managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, supporting billing and purchase-related documentation, and ensuring smooth office workflow. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel), and strong attention to detail. Prior experience in office administration or manufacturing industry will be an added advantage, but freshers with strong learning ability are also encouraged to apply.
