We are hiring a Male Cook for a reputed retirement community located in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing nutritious and hygienic meals for residents, ensuring quality, taste, and adherence to dietary requirements of elderly individuals. Duties include daily meal preparation (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks), assisting in menu planning, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, proper storage of ingredients, and following food safety standards. The candidate will also help manage kitchen inventory, reduce wastage, and coordinate with staff for timely meal service. Freshers with a passion for cooking are welcome to apply, and basic training will be provided. Candidates should be disciplined, punctual, and able to work in a team-oriented environment. Prior experience in hotels, restaurants, or institutional cooking will be an added advantage. The role requires dedication, hygiene awareness, and care-oriented cooking.
