We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relation Manager for a reputed textile firm in Perinthalmanna. The candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role includes coordinating with sales and billing teams, tracking customer feedback, managing follow-ups, and improving overall customer experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to handle customer issues efficiently and diplomatically. Both male and female candidates are preferred. Prior experience in customer service or CRM roles, especially in the textile or retail industry, will be an added advantage. Minimum qualification: Plus Two or any degree with good communication skills. Basic computer knowledge is required. Salary will be based on experience and performance.
