Key duties include managing customer communications via phone, WhatsApp, and in-store interactions, maintaining CRM records, following up on leads, and coordinating with the field sales and billing teams. The role also involves assisting in product selection, explaining fabric collections, promotions, and ensuring a smooth customer buying experience. The candidate should achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth. Strong communication skills, persuasive ability, and basic computer knowledge are required.
