A Captain Trainee role is primarily an entry-level hospitality position where individuals train to supervise Food & Beverage (F&B) service operations, manage staff, and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction. Trainees shadow senior captains to learn standard operating procedures (SOPs) before transitioning to permanent Captain.
