Our well-established paint shop in Thiruvananthapuram is looking for a skilled Paint Mixer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately mixing paints according to customer requirements and color specifications, ensuring consistency and quality in every batch. Key responsibilities include preparing paint mixtures, maintaining inventory of raw materials, cleaning and maintaining mixing equipment, and assisting customers with color selection when needed. The candidate should have good attention to detail, basic knowledge of paint types, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in paint mixing or hardware/paint retail is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training will be provided.
