We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Student Counsellor to join our education institute in Perumbavoor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding and supporting students in their academic, personal, and career development. Responsibilities include providing individual counselling sessions, monitoring student progress, addressing academic and emotional concerns, assisting with career planning, and coordinating workshops or guidance programs. The counsellor will also liaise with parents and faculty to ensure a holistic approach to student development. Candidates should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Prior experience in counselling, education, or psychology is preferred but not mandatory, as training will be provided. Female candidates are preferred for this position.
