The ideal applicant should have excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English, along with a passion for guiding students and job seekers in their career development journey. The role involves interacting with students, understanding their academic background, interests, and career goals, and providing appropriate guidance on courses, colleges, training programs, and career opportunities. The counsellor will be responsible for conducting one-on-one counselling sessions, organizing career awareness programs, and maintaining follow-up with students and parents. Basic computer knowledge for maintaining records and preparing reports is required. Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to motivate and influence students positively are essential.
