We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Holiday Consultant (male/female) to join our travel agency in Kozhikode. The ideal candidate will design, plan, and manage holiday packages tailored to clients’ preferences and budgets. Responsibilities include providing travel advice, suggesting destinations, preparing itineraries, booking accommodations and transport, and ensuring seamless holiday experiences for clients. The candidate should maintain strong relationships with hotels, airlines, and tour operators, while keeping up-to-date with the latest travel trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills are essential, along with a flair for understanding customer needs. Prior experience in travel planning or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
