We are hiring a female Receptionist for our travel agency in Kozhikode. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and should provide a warm, professional, and welcoming experience. Responsibilities include attending phone calls, responding to customer inquiries, handling walk-in clients, managing appointment schedules, and providing basic information about travel packages, ticket bookings, and tour services. The receptionist will also maintain daily records, handle documentation, assist in basic administrative tasks, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations. Candidates should have good communication skills in English and Malayalam, basic computer knowledge, and a pleasant personality. Prior experience in hospitality, travel, or front office roles is preferred but not mandatory. The ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle customer queries politely is essential. Immediate joining is preferred, and training will be provided if required.
