We are seeking a skilled and experienced male All Round Chef to join our resort kitchen team in Kozhikode. The ideal candidate should be capable of preparing a wide variety of dishes, including South Indian, North Indian, continental, and basic international cuisines. Responsibilities include planning and preparing meals, maintaining food quality and presentation standards, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with food safety regulations. The chef will be responsible for supervising kitchen assistants, managing stock, and minimizing food wastage. Candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment and handle guest-specific food requests when required. Prior experience in hotels or resorts is preferred. Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, seasoning, and portion control is essential. The candidate must be disciplined, creative, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Immediate joining is preferred.
