We are hiring a Lady Cook for a reputed hostel mess located in Thiruvananthapuram. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing South Indian meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner for students or residents in a hostel environment. Responsibilities include daily cooking, menu planning in coordination with management, maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen area, proper storage of food items, and ensuring hygienic cooking practices at all times. The candidate should be able to handle bulk cooking efficiently and manage time during peak meal hours. Knowledge of basic nutrition and variety in vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes will be an added advantage. Female candidates are preferred for this role. Food and accommodation will be provided free of cost by the management. The work environment is supportive and stable, suitable for long-term employment. Location: Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
