We are seeking a pleasant and articulate Female Customer Care Executive (CCE) to join our retail team at our premium electronics shop in Thalassery. Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills in Malayalam and English. A polite, patient, and professional telephone etiquette is mandatory. Prior experience in front-office desks, retail customer service, or public relations is highly preferred. Basic computer skills (MS Office) are required.
