Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Electrician Cum Plumber to manage the facility maintenance at our residential apartment complex in Kadappakkada, Kollam. ITI or standard trade certification in Electrical or Plumbing work is highly preferred. Proven hands-on experience working in apartments, commercial buildings, or residential townships. Must be quick to respond to emergency facility issues.
