We are seeking a customer-oriented and articulate Female Customer Relation Executive (CRE) to join our telecommunication service provider center in Aluva. Female candidates only. Exceptional communication and active listening skills in Malayalam and English. A polite, well-groomed, and patient demeanor is mandatory. Prior experience in telecom customer service, front-office operations, or retail service desks is highly preferred. Basic computer and typing skills are required.
