We are seeking a proactive and articulate Female Telecalling Staff member to join our pharmaceutical distribution team in Palarivattom. Strong communication and persuasive skills in Malayalam, with a basic understanding of English. Clear phone etiquette and a patient approach are essential. Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support is highly preferred. Basic knowledge of medical terminology or pharmacy sales is an added advantage.
