Job Description
We are looking for a polished, customer-centric Male Restaurant Captain to lead our fine-dining service team at our hotel in Thiruvananthapuram. Gender: Male preferred. 1–3 years of experience as a Senior Waiter or Captain in a star hotel or premium restaurant. Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English, a pleasant demeanor, strong leadership qualities, and sound knowledge of food service etiquette. Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management is preferred.
